Program Development Consultant Needed

The Moses Lake Business Association is looking to add a Program Development Consultant to their team. To be successful the candidate must be a strong salesperson, possessing the ability to negotiate and be an excellent oral and written communicator. The successful candidate will build and maintain relations and inspire others. Current relationships with Moses Lake businesses and experience in grant writing are a plus.
